Red Cabbage Food + Wine reflects the talents of chef owner Scott O’Sullivan and his chef Adam Sayles. The menu features a lot of seasonal flavours and top notch British cooking at its very best, with obvious Australian influences.
The menu can be enjoyed by all guests and the chefs can offer vegetarian alternatives. Dietary requirements are also catered for. Upon arrival every guest can enjoy a complimentary amuse bouche, which is selected daily by the chefs. Scott likes to call this “a taste of delights to come”. As an addition to this, those who enjoy 3 courses at Red Cabbage will receive a palate cleanser, which changes daily.
